Shipping Policy - the basics

1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Costs

• Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

• Orders under $50 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.

• Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

3. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

• Standard delivery: 7-10 business days after processing.

• Expedited delivery: 4-7 business days (depending on carrier).

4. International Shipping

• At this time, Rebirth + Regrow only ships within the United States.

• International shipping will be announced in the future.

5. Service Interruptions & Delays

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events outside of our control.

6. Incorrect Addresses

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate.

• Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages​

• Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Rebirth + Regrow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• Customers should contact the carrier directly for claims.
